Description
| Free admission family oriented festival located in the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area of northwest North Carolina. This two day event celebrates its 19th anniversary and features arts, crafts, food, children's area, music, dance, street performers, demonstrations, animal shows and more. Four stages of entertainment anchor this festival that takes place in the quaint, historic town of West Jefferson and our "Guilder's Row" features juried, original artist competing for top prizes. |
Entertainment
| Three stages highlighting a variety of entertainment. One stage dedicated to Old Time and Bluegrass music. One stage host dancers from tap and clogging to step and square dance. Another stage offers a variety muxic such as rock, blues, jazz, Celtic and pop to mention a few. The newest stage at Jefferson Station will feature local songwriters and performers. |
Activities
| Children's area features face painting, weaving, watercolors, magicians, raptor exhibit, climbing wall, ball and bounce, inflatable slide, clowns. Animal show sponsored by Cattlemens Associations features goats, cattle, rabbits and other categories. |
