Description
Join us for the 2nd annual Drakesville Craft show to be held in conjunction with the Drakesville City Benefit Auction. Consumer draws include Nauvoo on the Road, a delightful free exhibition of old time dress, customs, games and more. Extensive radio, TV, and newspaper advertising will assure a good attendance. Some area Amish crafters will set up, as well as many others.
Our first ever show was a huge success despite the heat, proving that folks will come to this show. I've had many people ask to be included in both booth space and donations for the auction (which will draw the public)

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: No Refunds or Show Credits. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Artist must be present day of show.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
