Description
This is the 29th year of the Mines and Pines Art Festival held in Historic Hibbing over looking a mine view. Hours Saturday are 10 to 5 and Sunday are 10 to 4. Event is juried with pictures of the items that will be for sale at the event. All arts and crafts must be original and hand crafted by the artist. Children's activities are available. Entry fee for a generous !20 sq. ft. space is $75. All entrants must submit a sighed and completed application form describing items be offord for sale. New entrants must submit 3 photos of their work. (photos returned on day of the event) Exhibitors must provide all their own display material. You may set up from 4 to 9 pm on Friday, and 7 am to 9 am on Saturday. Overnight security is provided Saturday night. Liability is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Coffee, tea and rolls are served between 8 and 9 each morning compliments of the festival committee.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Jury materials will be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions Coming North from Chisholm stay on 169 turning right on 13th Street before entering Hibbing. (direction signage begins here) Then another right on 3rd Ave past the Greyhound Bus Museum and straight into Historic North Hibbing. Coming from 169 turn into Hibbing onto First Avenue going North. (signage begins here) Turn Right on First and Howard, then left on 3rd Avenue. Continue past the Greyhound Bus Museum and straight into Historic North Hibbing.
