Description
Knapp Elementary School proudly presents it's second-annual Holiday Shopping Event! Come see what area vendors & crafters have in their fall line-ups to suit your holiday shopping needs. There will be something for everyone ~ Kids can come to a special area just for them to make a craft or purchase gifts for friends and family! Adults can shop for all their holiday gifts, too! You can find pet & pet-themed gifts, jewlery, custom-embroidered items, kitchen items and more. Don't forget to check out all the wonderful raffle items - take a chance (or two) and you just might take one home...
We'll see you there!
Spaces are still available, but are limited! Crafters, Vendors & Direct-Sellers are welcome to apply. Local Merchants are also welcome to participate or donate items to our raffle.

Activities
Raffle of various items from our attending vendors, Children's craft & shopping area is being planned - kids can make and/buy gifts for their friends & family. Refreshments & school-themed gifts will also be available.
*** Updates- We will also be having Face Painting, a Bake Sale & Alex's Lemonade Stand which will be setup & run by 2nd grade students ***

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
· $25.00/first space and $20.00/each additional space – non-refundable
· $25.00 donated item for our raffle – Items may be dropped off to me before the event.
· We will supply tables, if necessary (they are 6’ long) & chairs, you supply the tablecloth(s)
· Indicate if you need electricity (you supply ext. cord) – outlet access limited to the first 6-7 requests. I will do my best to accommodate you, but cannot make any guarantees.
· Set-up begins at 8am, breakdown begins at 3pm – please do not arrive early, our volunteers need time to get their assignments & get settled so that the day runs smoothly for everyone. Thanks! J
· Park and unload in the back of the school (gym door entrance) – helpers will be available
· There will be food/snacks available for purchase.
· Registration deadline is: 10/27/07

· Please enclose a business card & product photos or website links with registration form
· Vendor is responsible for coordinating distribution of orders, if necessary
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions Just a short distance from the Montgomery Mall. Take either PA Route 63 or 463 to North Wales Road & turn so you are heading toward the Mall. From Rt463: Cross Rt309, pass the mall & then turn right at the next light onto Knapp Road. From Rt63: pass the Advance Auto Parts store at the corner of N. Wales Rd & when you come to the light at Knapp Rd., make a left. The school is at the bottom of the "hill" on the left.
