This event will run the weekend before Christmas with over 10,000 will be in the malls shopping for there loved ones.

cause space is limited in the mall. You will be able to set up a canopy in side the mall for some vendors.

This is biggest holiday mall event to hit the beach side malls will take place at two of the biggest Malls on the Westside of southern California. This is a series our annual holiday events over 100 vendors . These our most successful event running through holidays. We are accepting hand made special arts and crafts, fine art show. Call us if you wish to take part in this holiday event and will let you know if you can what we are looking for. Mostly Hand Made on this event.
To take part you must act quickly cause mall spacing is very limited.

Common Rules Selected: Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Vendors can share a booth. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
