Friday, August 31 at 7pm-11pm Pee Wee Bowen Band Kicks off the 4 Day event and joins our annual Sock Hop as Featured Band. Admission is $5.00 and is located at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Alvin. Yes! dress like the 50's. Maps provided. Saturday, Sept 1st Route 6 Rendezvous" Car & Bike Show at National Oak Park-Swap Meet-Unique Arts & Crafts. Later that day, Alvin Historical Depot Centennial Celebration, Gala Fund Raiser Artisans, musicians etc. Sunday Sept 2, Ice Cream Social and Quilt Show at National Oak Park with Tailgate Party and BBQ Cookoff at Kroger Parking lot-Monday Sept 3rd Splashmania Party at the Bob Owens Swimming Pool Latino/Tejano & River Road Boys Concert. 9:30pm Largest Fireworks Display on the Gulf Coast on Alvin Community College Campus

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Pets OK! Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
