This Fine Art and Fine Craft Art Festival is situated along River City Drive in the heart of the popular St. Johns Town Center and will showcase the best of original artwork and craftsmanship from talanted artists from across the country.
St. Johns Town Center is the most talked about unique and mixed-use destination in Jacksonville. This dymanic venue has a village design creating a small-town ambience. Beautiful landscaping, gathering areas and walkways allow shoppers to leisurely stroll and enjoy their visit while they shop, dine, live and entertain.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Booth Space & Display Guidelines
v The show will be set-up on River City Drive which is a main street which runs through the upscale shopping district of St. Johns Town Center.
v Exhibitors will provide their own 10’x 10’ Tent - White Only
v All racks and display structures must be covered and finished. Plastic browse bins are not permitted.
v Tents should be weighted and suited for outdoor use on paved surface and able to withstand weather conditions. Be prepared with rain covers and tie-downs.
v No stakes, spikes or nails may be driven into the paved streets.
v All storage must be contained within your booth. One small working table and chair is permitted outside of your booth. Artists are prohibited from using sidewalks and merchant areas for storage or display of artwork.
v Artist is responsible for collection and reporting of 7% Florida State Sales Tax on all sales made during the show.
v Display of ribbons and awards from previous shows is not permitted.
v All work displayed must be representative of the work presented in your slides/pictures which were accepted.
v Artists must be present in booth for the duration of the show.
v All booths must be completely set-up, storage put away and ready to sell by 9:45am on Saturday and 10:45am on Sunday.
v Your display area must be kept neat and tidy.
v Handwritten signs and sales signs are not permitted.
v Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own display in case of damage or loss.
v Weather – The show will be held rain or shine. No credits or refunds will be granted due to forces of nature beyond our control.
v Show management reserves the right to make final interpretations of show rules and regulations.
v Each exhibitor is responsible for clean-up of their own area at the end of the show.
Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. No Gas Generators. White Canopies Only. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Artist must be present day of show.

St. Johns Town Center is conveniently located on the southside of Jacksonville near 9A and J. Turner Butler Blvd. Take J. Turner Butler Blvd to Gate Parkway. Travel north on Gate Parkway. Turn right on Town Center Parkway and travel for approximately 1/2 mile. The shopping center will be on your right.
From Jacksonville Beach -
Travel west on Atlantic Ave. or Beach Blvd. to 9A South. Take 9A South and exit at Town Center Parkway and take a right. The shopping center will be on your left in about one mile.
From Orange Park: - From I-295 South travel to 9A North. Travel approximately 8 miles and exit at Town Center Parkway. Turn left on Town Center Parkway and go west for approximately 1 mile, the shopping center will be on your left.
From Ponte Vedra: -
From A1A North travel West on J.T. Butler Blvd. Take the Gate Parkway exit and turn right. Travel to your second light and turn right on Town Center Pkwy. St. Johns Town Center will be on your right.
From South Georgia: -
From 95 South take the J. Turner Butler Blvd exit and go east. Take the Gate Parkway exit, travel north on Gate Parkway for 1/2 mile turning right onto Town Center Parkway. The shopping center will be on your right.
From St. Augustine and Daytona Beach areas: -
From 95 North take the 9A East Exit. Travel approximately 8 miles and exit at Town Center Parkway. Turn left on Town Center Parkway and go west for approximately 1 mile, the shopping center will be on your left.
