Description

Calling all Crafters to submit applications to be included in the inaugural Craft Show at the beautiful, brand new Freedom High School. Our school has lots of room and a great location. We are right on the corner of Rt. 1, I95 and Dale Blvd. You can't ask for easier access!
The school hallways have been named for the streets of our great Capitol. Stroll down Constitution Ave. and find great deals on Independence Ave. Take a break and eat at the Commons or buy baked goods on Madison Street. We'll even provide a directory listing so that your loyal customers will be able to find you easily.
We promise to have something for everyone. Celebrate Spring, Let Freedom Ring!! This is a great time to join us at a discounted fee. Next year, spaces will be $10 more. Please join with us to make this first craft show just one in a long line of great successes.
There will be a concession stand open on the day of the Craft Show/Flea Market/Carwash, as well as we have asked Vendors to participate such as PaPa Dent\'s Seafood, A Barbecue Vendor. We do not have the online application right now working, but if you call Jamie Dickerson at , I will make sure you get an application, we welcome everyone that would like to participate. We look forward to seeing you there. If you want to participate in the Flea Market it will be held in the front parking lot as you turn into the school grounds, if it rains the Flea Market will be held inside along the hall ways. |
Advertising Done for This Event
The Craft Show will be advertised in the Washington Post, Potomac News, Manassas Journal, Comcast Television.
If you want to participate in the Craft Show it is $35 with or without electric, if you need a table provided please let us know on the application. The Flea Market is $10 for one car space and $20 for two car spaces. There will be someone out to collect for Flea Market. We are asking each vendor of the craft show to donate one item for the Silent Auction which will be held around 1:30pm in the school. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
All Craft Show participants are asked to arrive starting at 6:30am to setup, breakfast will be served.
Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
