Description
3rd Annual RHG Craft Fair in Commerce City, CO. Located at the Rose Hill Grange at 4001 E. 68th Ave., Commerce City, CO (the corner of E. 68th Ave. & Colorado Blvd).
Items include: children's clothing, toys, books; wood working, sewn projects, food, jewelry, household items; commercial booths, and many others. Booth space is available both in the buidling and outside. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| ~$250 in advertisements are being taken out on various craft & event websites, the local Commerce City Beacon newspaper, Rocky Mountain News/Post, Your Hub, and a variety of other local publications. Flyers are also available if vendors wish to post them at their favorite locations. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Please keep your items limited to PG-13 rated.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
