You won't want to miss this opportunity to sell and market your merchandise at the 6th annual Dazzle Daze, a three-day holiday shopping extravaganza to be held November 1-3 at the Don Owen Sports Center in Conway, Arkansas. Dazzle Daze is a top-notch event and is the annual fundraiser for the Conway Regional Women's Council with all proceeds benefiting the hospital. The Women's Council is committed to providing an exceptional show for both our shoppers an d merchants. Nearly 3,000 people attended Dazzle Daze last year. Special events are scheduled throughout the entire show to attract customers. The Dazzle Daze Committee carefully selects merchants to ensure a wide variety of unique, high quality merchandise for our shoppers, and we limit the number of merchants in each category.

A holiday shopping extravaganza featuring a variety of shopping at one location for people of all ages. Dozens of merchants offer gift items, gourmet food, home and holiday items, jewelry, clothing, collectibles, children\'s items and more. Choose from several special events including Girls\' Nite Out, Lunch Out with Outback Steakhouse, Breakfast with the Clauses, children\'s choir performances and pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Admission: $5 General Shopping
Three-day holiday shopping event featuring more than 60 merchants from around the country. Events include: Girls Nite Out preview party, November 20, 6-9 p.m.; general shopping November 21, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; November 22, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; breakfast with the Clauses, November 22 8:30-10 a.m.
Admission: $5 adults, $4 seniors, under 12 free; Girls Nite Out $20 Advance, $25 at the door

Clothing, Accessories & Jewelry Merchants – Letter of Authenticity
Letters of Authenticity - Any merchant selling designer and/or name brand items (example: Gucci hand bags, Seven jeans, Rolex watches, etc.), must submit a 'letter of authenticity' for each product sold. These letters must be received by the Early Bird deadline (if you wish to receive the Early Bird Rate) or September 28, 2007. If we do not receive the letters by these dates, you will not be permitted to sell those items.
Food Merchants - Certificate of Insurance
Once accepted, a food merchant must provide Dazzle Daze with a certificate of insurance naming as additional insured, Conway Regional Health Foundation and Dazzle Daze. General liability and product liability coverage are required. Limits of liability should not be less than $1,000,000. This certificate of insurance must be received by the Early Bird deadline (if you wish to receive the Early Bird Rate) or September 28, 2007. If you do not have proper coverage, you will not be allowed to participate in this event.
Sales Tax Permit
A copy of each merchants sales tax permit must be provided to Dazzle Daze prior to September 28, 2007.

Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
