Entertainment: We have a special visitor coming to our event this year... The Chick-Fil-A Cow will be stopping by for a little while to say hello and pose with some of our younger attendees for pictures!
Activities: As always, we will be having a raffle of various goodies from our attending vendors as well as other donated items. We will also be featuring Holiday Photography by C&C Photo Studios this year.

Knapp Elementary School proudly presents it's third-annual Holiday Shopping Event!
This year's event will again feature crafters & vendors from all around our area. You can shop for your general needs or your holiday gift-giving! Jewelry, hand-crafted holiday items, heirloom gifts, children's items, clothing & accessories, everyday household items & MORE! Don't worry if you end up shopping too hard, you can relax with a chair massage from Symple Synergy.
This year we will be providing something extra special as well - Holiday Photos & Postcards from our new school photograpers, C & C Photo. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations

· $25.00/first space (appx 6’ x 5’) and $20.00/each additional space – fees are non-refundable
· $25.00 donated item for our raffle
· We will supply tables, if needed (they are 6’ long) & chairs, you supply the tablecloth(s). Please note: only one 6' table will fit per space. If you need two 6' tables, you should purchase 2 spaces. Smaller tables and/or display racks may fit if you plan to bring them, depending on how you configure your space.
· Indicate if you need electricity (you supply ext. cord) – outlet access is very limited; 1st come, 1st served. Please indicate if you can share an outlet or not. If not noted, it will be assumed you can share.
· Set-up begins at 4:30pm, breakdown at 9 pm – Early setup is not allowed due to dismissal procedures & will be enforced. Our busses load/unload at the back of the school by the gym & we cannot have additional vehicles in the area until dismissal is finished.
· Park and unload in the back of the school (gym door entrance) – helpers will be available
· There will be light refreshments available to purchase.
· Registration deadline is 10/29/08
· Check/MO made payable to: Knapp Home & School or Paypal Instant Transfers (no credit card payments will be accepted), the paypal ID is pchefkim@comcast.net
· If you would like to offer pre-orders to parents & staff, please include a separate sheet with any necessary info that can be sent home &/or posted online. Keep it as brief as possible.
· Vendor is responsible for coordinating distribution of orders, if necessary.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions From the East:
Take Rt. 63 West into Lansdale (63 is Main Street in Lansdale). You will go through the intersection of routes 63 & 309 and/or 63 & 202 - go through the intersection at Rt. 202 and ** then at the 3rd light (you will pass the Montgomery Commons shopping plaza (Redners Warehouse Mkt & US Toy Co will be on your right just before your turn) you will make a right onto North Wales Road at the Advance Auto Parts. Follow to the light at Knapp Road & make a left. The school is down the road on the left at Valley Brook Dr. Follow the signs to the Vendor parking & check-in area around the back.
From the west:
If you are coming from Forty Foot Rd, follow Rt. 63 E into the center of town past the Train Station. Go through the intersection at Main & Broad Sts and continue until you get to the light at St. Stanislaus School & Church (Lansdale Ave.) ** Make a left on Lansdale Ave & follow past Lansdale Catholic HS, around the curve and make the first right at Knapp Rd. Follow Knapp Rd (watch the tight curves) until you get to Valley Brook Dr. then make a Right & follow the signs.
Other Directions:
Via 202 N - follow until you come to Rt. 63W (make a left) then follow directions as noted above **(from the east).
Via 202 S – follow until you come to 5 Points intersection (309/463/202), make a wide right onto Rt. 463W/Cowpath Rd. towards the Red Lobster & then take Cowpath Rd. until you reach the light at Lansdale Ave. (2nd light after 5 points), make a left onto Lansdale Ave. Follow to Knapp Road & make a left then follow Knapp Rd (watch the tight curves) until you get to Valley Brook Dr. then make a Right & follow the signs.
Via Rt. 309 S - 309 S until you reach the Yum-Yum Donuts at Broad St. Right onto Broad until you come to 7th St. (you will see Elm Terrace retirement community across the intersection to the right). Make a left onto 7th St. and follow until you get to Lansdale Ave. Turn Left & follow as noted above ** (from the west)
Via 309 N – 309 N to the 5 Points intersection (309/463/202) then Left onto Rt.463/Cowpath Rd past the Red Lobster & Lowe’s. Take Cowpath Rd. until you reach the light at Lansdale Ave. (2nd light after 5 points), make a left onto Lansdale Ave. Follow to Knapp Road & make a left then follow Knapp Rd (watch the tight curves) until you get to Valley Brook Dr. then make a Right & follow the signs. ALTERNATE: 309N to North Wales Road (Walgreens will be on your left). Left onto North Wales, follow past the Montgomery Mall to Knapp Road (this is the 3rd light from 309) and make a right. The school is down the road on the left at Valley Brook Dr. Follow the signs to the Vendor parking & check-in area around the back.
