Description
The Christmas Boutique at St. Stephen's In-The-Field Church will take place on the lawn area under our beautiful oak tree. We are planning many activities to encourage the neighborhood to attend, including food and wine tasting.
This is our sixth Christmas Boutique, the first 2 were held indoors over 2 separate Sundays after church on Sundays. Because of the growth we experienced we then moved outside and to all day Saturdays for the last 3 years. We almost doubled the number of vendors attending last October over the previous year, so we feel that this is a great opportunity for vendors to gain clientèle in the Santa Teresa area.

Advertising Done for This Event
St. Stephen's will advertise in the local papers, including the
San Jose Mercury News, Almaden Times, Blossom Hill Times and Evergreen Times. We will also advertise in the Morgan Hill newspaper. We will put plenty of signs out all over the neighborhood. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Vendors must clean & remove all garbage
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are selected by vendors day of show - first come, first pick. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Jury Fee must be sent with a Seperate check. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
