Description
Community-wide event with loads of activities throughout the day to appeal to everyone.  Participate in the 5k Run or 2k Fun Walk, the Pet Parade, Crafters' Corner, Business Bonanza, let the kids enjoy games and inflatables in the KidZone.  When you're tired and need a break, enjoy local cuisine at our Food Court.  Buy great items during our silent auction and enjoy the excitement of our live auction!

5k Run or 2k Fun Run/Walk; Business Bonanza featuring area businesses; Crafters Corner featuring artisans & crafters; KidZone featuring inflatable slide & bounce castles and other actitivities for the kids; Let your pet be the star of the show in the Pet Parade, Food & Fun for all ages!

Advertising Done for This Event
We promote with yard signs and advertising in local newspapers and the Tennessean.  We distribute flyers/brochures via e-mail to various chambers, during networking meetings, via area businesses, etc.  Posters throughout the area.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
To maintain the integrity of this area, only original arts and crafts or home produced articles may be displayed or sold.  No commercial items or flea market products may be offered.  For a minimal fee of $50, you will receive an 10’x10’ space which will include 1 – 8’ table and 2 chairs.  You will be responsible for any other items required in your booth (table cover, tent, canopy, electrical cord).  Electrical will be available to a limited # of exhibitors at an additional cost of $35.  

You must submit a picture of the product you will offer at your booth space.  We will have limited spaces available and space will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis - provided you meet the criteria to exhibit in Crafters’ Corner (see above).  Photos will be returned to all applicants.   Each participating vendor is requested to donate at least one item for the silent auction with a value of at least $15.

Common Rules Selected: Jury materials will be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
Retail Items Allowed.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Artist must be present day of show.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
