Description
A fierce rainstorm has Santa\'s sleigh stuck in the mud of Horseshoe Pond in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Christmas the Horse with her gallant beauty and tender heart comes to the rescue. With the help of Elf Sparkle and her magic dust, Santa is able to give Christmas the Horse the gift of flying. This sweeping adventure will warm the hearts of the entire family. The spirit of Christmas can never be stopped for all who believe.
This film is Produced and Directed by Beth Roose and Emily Sien. Their family farmed what is now part of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. What is unique, is the fact that Emily Sien is just 10 years old, and lives in what was once Northampton Twp and now part of Cuyahoga Falls. This Holiday Animation feature is entered into 22 film festivals this year. Elf Sparkle Meets Christmas The Horse is slated for National release in early September.
The cast is lead by 9 year old Brynne Wahl as Elf Sparkle. Brynne is from Litchfield, Minn and has a community theater background.
On July 12, 2008 the animated holiday classic Elf Sparkle Meets Christmas The Horse will have it\'s premier at the Happy Days Visitor Center in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The doors will open at 2:00 PM EST for an open cast call for the next cartoon in the Elf Sparkle series. The Elf Sparkle Group will be casting for Elf Sparkle And The Special Red Dress. They are looking for adults and children as well as singing talent. The viewing, will begin at 4:30 PM EST. After viewing Elf Sparkle Meets Christmas the Horse, you will have an opportunity to meet the cast as well as the Producers and Directors. |
