Circle of the beloved Moon is pleased to offer Guided Meditation.
We begin with basic breathing and count into Alpha state then the guided journey. We return through the chakras to balance and energize.
Our classes are for women only to provide a safe and sacred space to promote friendship and healing and self awareness.
