C & M Production Group is including a CRAFT & GIFT Show to the 3rd Annual FALL EXPO, October 18 & 19 held in Enid, Ok.

We at C & M Production Group have been successfully promoting Home & Garden Shows for 10 years. We have been doing the Fall Expo (Home & Garden Show) for 3 years with last year's show having over 100 vendors and 9,000 attendees. This year we are including the “Home for the Holidays Craft and Gift Show” to the Fall Expo. We are channeling our experience of trade shows into the CRAFT & GIFT Show.

The Chisholm Trail Expo is host to five (5) linked buildings; we are holding the 2008 Fall Expo in the Coliseum and the “Home for the Holidays Craft and Gift Show” in the Family Living Area and Southwest Exhibit Area. There is room for over 150 booths in the 2 combined rooms.

The Home for the Holiday’s Craft and Gift Show will be the largest show of its kind in Northwest and North Central Oklahoma, so make plans now to be part of the excitement!
We will be featuring 3 Holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas) at the show and will market to the attendees “ONE STOP SHOPPING FOR THE HOLIDAY’S”.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Exhibitors must have all exhibits and all materials in place by 9 am, October 18, 2008, exhibits will remain in place until 5 pm October 19, 2008, and must be removed no later than 12 pm October 20, 2008.
No motor vehicles operating in the exhibit areas during the two days of show. PA system or other sound systems that interfere with the success of other exhibitors are prohibited.
Exhibit area will be kept clean during show and exhibitors will remove all debris, foundations, ground cover, building materials ect.. after the show.
Exhibitors CAN NOT sub-leased or assign any part of the assigned exhibit booth to other parties.
Exhibitors are allowed only to promote their product from their assigned booth space.
Exhibit mail/parcels are not be sent to the Chisholm Trail Expo Center, without permission from C & M Production Group L.L.C. .
The exhibitor will not engage  in any illegal activity or allow any activity that is illegal, defined by Federal, State and/or laws of the jurisdictions where the show is being held.
Exhibitors are responsible for any applicable City & State taxes for merchandise sold at the 2008 Home for the Holidays Craft & Gift Show.
2008 Home for the Holidays- Craft & Gift Show - The craft part of the show is juried. The craft show will be juried by a panel selected by C & M Production Group L.L.C. The juried craft show is ONLY open to exhibitors who themselves make the HANDCRAFTED ITEMS. Craft show exhibitors must submit a full list of items in their booth and three (3) photos by mail or email - jmartin@enidhomeshow.com. Crafters will be chosen on quality, uniqueness, variety and booth display.
2008 Home for the Holidays- Craft & Gift Show - The gift part of the show is ONLY open to exhibitors that are small businesses selling cash and carry items. Home based business that use networking programs are NOT ALLOWED in the craft or gift show areas. Network type businesses are  permitted  in the 2008 Fall Expo. Only C & M Production Group L.L.C has the final decision as to booth space assignment and in which building area.  
C & M Production Group L.L.C. reserves the right to make final decision as to who may exhibit in the show. All exhibitors are subject to approval from show management. No specific booth space assignment is guaranteed.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the C & M Production Group L.L.C. and cannot be taken over the telephone. Cancellation less than (30) thirty days prior to the show day will not be eligible for any refund. As the Exhibitor, I acknowledge that if I cancel before September 17, 2008, 50% of the signed contract is NONREFUNDABLE.
In the event of cancellation or interruption of the show due to fire, strike, government regulations, acts of God, or any cause beyond control. C & M Production Group L.L.C. shall determine an equitable base for refund of such portion of amount paid as is possible after considering expenditures and commitments already made. If for any reason the show date or place is changed, no refund will be made, but C & M Production Group L.L.C. must be able to assign exhibitor space in lieu of original space.
If the exhibitor fails to occupy space contracted for by 9 am, October 18, 2008 or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of this agreement, C & M Production Group L.L.C. shall have the right to use such space in any manner without releasing the exhibitor from paying the sum agreed upon in this contract.
Exhibitors causing damages to the building floors, walls, or columns or  to standard  booth equipment, or other exhibitor’s property are fully liable and financial responsible to damaged parties.
Forklifts are provided at no charge for the first hour only. Additional time will incur a $50 penalty plus an additional $45 service fee for every half-hour.            C & M Production Group L.L.C. limits forklift use to unloading and loading equipment. Forklifts will not be used for assembling any exhibits. A company  representative must be present at the time of forklift use. Exhibitors must sign up for forklifts at the C & M Production Group L.L.C. booth on day of move-in and move out. Services are performed on a first come–first basis.  
Food exhibitor (only) must maintain  a comprehensive general liability insurance policy with limits of not less than $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) for all bodily injury and property damage arising out of a single occurrence, including coverage for the indemnity and hold harmless herein. Prior to commencement of the “2008 Home for the Holidays Craft & Gift Show”, all exhibitors will need to provide evidence of such insurance coverage. Proof of coverage needs to be presented to C & M Production Group L.L.C. by September 17, 2008.
Early packing of a booth is PROHIBITED! Anyone doing so will not be invited to return. It is the height of disrespect to even those last few attendees and  unfair to other exhibitors. The last attendee deserves the same attention as the first! NO portion of booth to be dismantled for tear down until 5:01pm Sunday, Oct 19, 2008.
By signing this contract you have agreed that no claim of any kind will be made against Home for the Holidays Craft & Gift Show and as the exhibitor you shall indemnify and hold harmless C & M Production Group L.L.C., Chisholm Trail Expo Center and/or its’ sponsors, or any officer or employee of these organizations or any authorized subcontractors. Under no circumstances will these organizations, or any representatives, be responsible for any or all losses, damages, attorney fees, expense, cost, charge, liability, theft of any merchandise, display or goods, of the exhibitor, or injury to himself/herself, or any employee of the exhibitor, while attending The C & M Production Group L.L.C - “2008 Home for the Holidays Graft & Gift Show” .
As the exhibitor, I acknowledge responsibility, ability and willingness to pay in full at the signing of the contract. I agree to be liable for reasonable collections up to additional 25% of the principal should  C & M Production Group L.L.C. incur additional expenses to secure payment.
There is a $50.00 service fee for all returned checks for insufficient funds or stop payment, the service fee will be applied and all afore mentioned collections will be applicable.
As the exhibitor, I acknowledge I will be charged $100.00 service fee if my booth and/or sponsorship is not paid in full by the time of move-out, 5:01pm Sunday, Oct 19, 2008.

Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Jury Fee must be sent with a Seperate check. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display.
Retail Items Allowed.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
