| Over 150 artists showcasing the finest art Centeral Florida has to offer. On-site crafters and local companies. Live music, food and children's activities. Free to the public. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| We run ads in full run News-Journal leading up to the event and increase our size the week leading up to the event, as well as the pennysaver. We run out of market advertisments on the West side of town and in the Orlando area. We also run a radio campaign and hang poster locally prior to the show. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Jury materials will be returned to you. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Overnight Security Provided. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Photos of workshop, supplies, or works in progress required.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
Artist must be present day of show.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions from Interstae 95 take the Port Orange exit #256 head East to the 4th stop light Victoria Gardens Pkwy/City Center Pkwy turn Left and that will lead you straight into the event.
