Description
| The Octorara High School Cheerleaders Fall Fundraiser is an Indoor Flea Market, Craft & Home Party Plan Show on Saturday September 6th 2008 from 8am-3pm. The show will be held in the high school gym. The cheerleaders will have a bake goods table, raffles and will sell refreshments. Do you have an attic, basement or garage full of stuff? Do you make a craft or are you an artist? Are you a home party plan consultant? Chiropractor? Farmer? Then for just $20 you can reserve your space. To reserve your space call Shelli Hoover at . All space fees are $20. A donation of a new item to raffle would be much appreciated. Please inform us on your application of your donation item and it's retail value. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Jury Fee must be sent with a Seperate check. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions Online
Highland Road is located between routes 10 and 41.
From Gap: Approx. 4 miles south of the red light at 372 turn left at red light at Highland Road. The school is the 2nd on the right.
From Cochranville: Approx. 6 miles north of the intersection of routes 41 & 10. At the red light at Highland Road make a right and the school is the 2nd on the right. From Coatesville and points east take route 30 to route 10. Turn south on 10 and drive approx. 4 miles to Highland Road (crest of hill where Highland Auto Tags is located) and turn right. Drive approx. 1 3/4 miles to the 2nd school on the left.
