2006 SLIPSTREAM SAUVIGNON BLANC, MCLAREN VALE, AUSTRALIA

A terrific Sauvignon Blanc, Slipstream’s 2006 comes from Western Australia’s Pemberton region. Made by the impressive Dan Pannell, it is a tank-fermented and aged effort offering wonderful melony, herbal characteristics that reveal a striking resemblance to a Sancerre. Lovely fruit, crisp acidity, and a mineral/floral component suggest it should be consumed over the next several years.
2007 STEVENOT CHARDONNAY, SIERRA FOOTHILLS
A beautifully crisp and clean Chardonnay, this wine demonstrates wonderful fruit aromas of apricot, melon, and pineapple with vibrant flavors of pear, honey and lemon zest. Food Pairing: This wine is best enjoyed lightly chilled. A nice accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, serve chilled with your favorite cheese, pasta, poultry or seafood dishes. Winemaker Notes.

2006 WOOP WOOP CABERNET SAUVIGNON, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
In true Woop Woop style this wine is full of flavor! The fruit is sourced from key Cabernet growing regions, predominantly McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. The result is a smooth rich Cabernet generously laden with mulberries, black cherries and spice on the palate that lingers for a long lasting finish.
