Description
Craft show with some direct sales.  This show ran for 10 years, and then the ladies who ran it retired 2 years ago.  Northcoast Promotions was asked to revive the event, so we are approaching it like a first year show.  We have had exhibitors who were in the show before return.  We did our only spring church craft show at this location & deemed it successful this past spring.  We believe the community wants this show back.

The church will cook & offer ethnic foods for sale, raffles, and 80 craft tables.  
13th year for this event.
The Show is  in the gym  & can hold 30 twelve foot tables.  
Table sizes are 12' long.  If a crafter wishes a 6' space, the table would be shared with a different crafter.

The school parents cook ethnic foods such as sausage & kraut, stuffed cabbages, mashed potatos, etc.



Event/Application Rules & Regulations
1.     Please direct any questions in regards to this show to Mrs. Lisa Nemeth, 216.570.8201 from Northcoast Promotions, Inc.  If you call the church, they will refer you back to her.  Please do not mail agreements to the church, but instead to the Post Office Box listed below.
2.     Exhibitor space will be determined according to (1) your medium and (2) the order in which contracts are received. To ensure diversity in this show, please be specific in the description of your craft. Every effort will be made to separate similar mediums.
3.     This show will feature both handmade crafts & very limited  & select direct sales companies.  
4.     Any crafts/merchandise displayed that have not received prior approval will be subject to the craft show committee and St. Mary Magdalene Church discretion. Exhibitors displaying items not approved may be asked to put them away, or be asked to leave without refund.
5.     Exhibitors may not sell food unless stated and approved by show management. Candy /fudge are permitted.
6.     Exhibitors are asked to donate one raffle item.
7.     Agreements received that do not have pictures enclosed will be returned.
8.     Contracts will be accepted until show November 1, 2008 or until the show is sold out.
9.     Exhibitors will receive a confirmation letter with their exact location, a flier, and a map to this event if a self addressed, stamped envelope is enclosed. Once spaces are assigned, it is very difficult to change locations. Therefore, please be sure to indicate any special requests on the contract (see reverse side). All efforts will be made to accommodate your special requests.
10.     Refunds will not be issued once an agreement is received and accepted.
11.     Set up for this event must be complete at least fifteen minutes prior to start of event (see setup times above).
12.     This event will be advertised in a variety of media.
13.     St. Mary Magdalene Byzantine Catholic Church, their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives and Northcoast Promotions, Inc., their staff, agents, volunteers, and representatives will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of vendors, their representatives, customers, or any other person and/or damage or injury to any person participating in this event for any reason.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
