Description
| We are back to our normal show scedule of the the first Saturday in November. All craft items must be hand crafted or homemade. Along with lunch and bake sale we have a kids craft room (shop and drop) for a small fee. All proceeds go to benefit the Randels PTA for the students at Randels Elementary School. This is our 34th year...we have over 100 vendors with 1000+ people through the door. This show is open to new and returning vendors. Prices dropped to 45.00 per space or if participating in our raffle 40.00 per space with a donated item. |
Advertising Done for This Event
We will advertise in The Flint Journal Bazaar Guide, many township papers in Genessee and Shiawasee counties, on line, local television stations, Community Calanders and yard signs. (due to township ordinances we can only put out 1-2 weeks before our event, so we have been putting them on privite property of teachers, schools, students, and other vendors property. If you are willing to allow this please let us know on the application.)

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Vendors can share a booth. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Permit Phone: n/a) Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
