This 7th annual event is one arts and fine craft show you will not want to miss!!   EXECUTIVE CATERERS at LANDERHAVEN is Northeastern Ohio's premier event center and boasts an upscale atmosphere with wonderful artists!  All items must be hand-crafted by the exhibitor.  The committee is very selective in the process of choosing exhibitors to participate in this show. Show is typically full by July 1st each year.  Definitely a classy show!  Overnite accomodations available right next door to Executive Caterers at Landerhaven at Staybridge Suites.  

A juried arts and fine crafts show featuring 85 artisans in an upscale, festive atmosphere. Live holiday music. There will be a wonderful basket raffle sponsored by the employees of the Cleveland Clinic Willoughby Hills Family Health Center and the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Department.
Executive Caterers LANDERHAVEN 6111 Landerhaven Drive, Mayfield Hts., Ohio Sunday, November 18th, 2007 10:00am til 5:00pm. DOOR ADMISSION $5.00 (1.00 off admission w/ show flyer/post card or this advertisement)  The mission of the boutique is provide financial support for special projects of the Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Department.  One of those projects is "Drew's Beads Program".  

Booth spaces are either 10' wide x 10' deep - 115.00; 10' wide x 8' deep - 105.00; or 10' wide x 6' deep - 95.00. Electrical is available for an additional cost of 25.00. Corner spaces with two side exposure are an additional 15.00. There is a two booth maximum per exhibitor. 8' table rental additional fee of 20.00 each table. If table with skirting is needed, this is  available 30.00 each skirted table. 2 chairs are provided for each booth if needed at no additional cost. Your booth set up must include space for you to sit. No chairs in the aisles. Side drapes and back drops are a nice touch since booth aesthetics are very important at this show. All booths are inside. This is the one show you do not want to miss! The 2008 show attracted 1,800 patrons! The show has raised over $35,000 for the Hematology-Oncology Department at The Children's Hospital at Cleveland Clinic the past six years! New artists interested in the 2008 show should email the event coordinator, Debra Sherman  at . Please note - the jury MUST view a booth photo and at least two photos of your work in order to consider you for this show. We do prefer you to email digital photographs. Additionally we prefer to have a cover letter from you explaining your art/craft and the names of two or three of the larger arts and crafts shows you have done in the past two years. Please understand this is an invitational show and invitations to participate in this show are not automatically sent to all exhibitors who inquire. We like to have a nice balance of categories and therefore we limit the number of exhibitors for certain categories (ie. jewelry, wood crafts, floral, knits, etc.). If you are selected to participate, the photographs you had previously submitted MUST be representative of the art/craft items you bring to the show. All exhibitors must display only THEIR OWN handcrafted items. Buy-Sell goods and manufacturer's reps ARE NOT accepted for this show.
This annual upscale holiday boutique features juried artists in all categories in the elegant ballroom of Executive Caterers of Landerhaven.  The event features more than 80 artists and is a benefit for the Children's Hematology / Oncology Department at the Cleveland Clinic.  Join us on Sunday, November 22, 2009 from 10 - 5 to help support this worthwhile cause.

Advertising Done for This Event
20,000+ flyers;  exhibitors with the most flyers returned at the door will receive  a cash prize!! The committee will mail post cards to the show mailing list;  posters will be distributed about town; ads in 4 local and regional newspapers,  Cleveland Magazine, Cleveland Clinic marketing publications and The Children's Hospital web site, craft show websites, banners/signs in key locations near the event location.  
                    


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
No refund for cancellations received after August 22, 2009. Only exhibitors accepted for the show may be in the event center during set-up time.  Solicitation by artists not previously accepted to this show will NOT be tolerated during set-up time - security will be notified and  - - these artists will be escorted from the building by Executive Caterers security.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. City law requires city issued vendor permit. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions
Executive Caterers at LANDERHAVEN is conveniently located near the I-271/Cedar Road- Brainard Road exit.  This is the exit for Beachwood Place and Legacy Village.  Take Brainard Road off I-271 to Cedar Road and follow Cedar Road east to Lander Road.  Turn north on Lander Road and the first street on the right is Landerhaven Drive.  Follow Landerhaven Drive for a short distance and Executive Caterers will be on your left (a huge white complex). Show signs to Landerhaven will be posted the day of the show.
