Description
THE HOLIDAY CRAFT SHOW WINTER WONDERLAND BAZAAR IS BEING HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MAQUOKETA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. THROUGHOUT THE TOWN OF MAQUOKETA THERE WILL BE EVENTS LIKE TREE WALKS, COOKIE WALKS AND HOUSE SHOWINGS. THE FAIRGROUNDS WILL HOST A CRAFT SHOW FOR THE WEEKEND WITH VENDORS FROM THROUGHOUT THE MIDWEST. THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO CRAFTERS, RETAIL, HOME PARTY AND MORE. ALL CATAGORIES THIS YEAR WILL BE LIMITED TO A NUMBER OF VENDORS FOR EACH ONE SO THAT THE SHOW MAY BE MORE DEVERSIFIED. SANTA WILL BE AT THE EVENT FOR CHILDREN TO HAVE THEIR PICTURES TAKEN. THERE WILL BE A SMALL AREA THAT IS SET ASIDE FOR CHILDREN TO SHOP IN SANTA'S WORKSHOP WITHOUT THEIR PARENTS AND WITH THE HELP OF ONE OF SANTA'S HELPERS. EVENTS WILL BE ADDED AND UPDATED CONSTANTLY. UPDATED VENDORS BOOKED FOR THIS EVENT ARE TO DATE, TUPPERWARE, SUPRISE PARTIES, PAMPERED CHEF, SENTSY CANDLES

| SANTA WILL BE VISITING FOR PICTURES DURING THE DAY TIMES TO BE SET. BREAKFAST OR LUNCH WILL BE SERVED WITH SANTA . SANTA WILL HAVE A WORKSHOP SET UP FOR CHILDREN TO PURCHASE HOLIDAY GIFTS FOR THE FAMILY. OTHER EVENTS TO COME |

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
NO EARLY BREAKDOWN ALLOWED. Booths should look presentable and business like at all times. NO boxes just sitting around. Vendor food and beverages should be kept in an area to not be spilled. We ask that you provide a holiday theme to your booth.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions From Davenport area take HWY 61 north the the 1st Maquoketa exit. Get off the exit and turn right. Follow this through town to the 2nd traffic Light and turn right. Follow the street till you see signs showing you to turn left into the Jackson county fairgrounds.
From Dubuque are take HWY 61 south take the 1st Maquoketa exit. Get off the exit and turn Left. Follow this street through downtown Maquoketa to you see signs for the show at the Jackson County Fairgrounds.
