Description
15th Annual Fundraiser Show to benefit Women's Alliance for Recovery Services, Inc., a 23 year old organization serving women whose lives have been devastated by substance abuse addictions and violence.
The show features many of Ohio's finest artists and crafters: watercolors, glass and garden, photography, handmade soaps and lotions, candles, jewelry, scarves, baskets, embroidery,...and one of a kind items.
Refreshments and Raffle.
Admission $2.00
Set up time: 7 to 9 a.m. Open to the public 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Rocky River Memorial Hall is a beautiful new facility located in a nice western suburb of Cleveland, easy access, all one level, big rooms with excellent lighting inside as well as from outside, ample free parking.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
All work must be handcrafted and of professional quality.
Submit 1-2 color photos of work with appl.
50 flyers are sent to each vendor with notification of approval.
Donation of an item for raffle greatly appreciated. It will be collected during set-up time. Please label it with your name ahead of time.
Common Rules Selected: Jury materials will be returned to you. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Floor length table cloths required.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
