Description
The 1st Annual Fort Worth Alpha Phi Alumnae Community Gift and Jewelry Bazaar will be held ob Sunday, November 9, 2008.  The event will be held at the Fort Worth Mediation Center from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.  The deadline for vendor reservations is November 1, 2008.  The location is excellent!!


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Terms of agreement:
1.     Cost is $30 per vendor with donation or $50 per vendor without a donation.
2.     Each vendor space is approximately  6’d x 8’w.  Vendors must stay within their designated space.
3.     All items to be displayed and sold at each bazaar must be listed on the agreement form to help Alpha Phi avoid duplication of products. Alpha Phi reserves the right to limit the number of vendors and/or merchandise.
         4.  For the bazaar, vendors may set up on Sunday, November 9, 2008 from 10:00 a.m.  
               12:00 p.m.The Bazaar will begin at 12:00 p.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. on November 9th.
      5.  Each vendor will be responsible for collecting their own money (and sales tax, if      
           applicable from sales).
6. Vendors are responsible for their own table coverings and transportation of goods.
7. This is a charitable event, therefore there will be no refunds.

Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Artist must be present day of show.
Table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to leave.
