Description
23rd annual quality arts & crafts event -indoors at Lithia Springs High School- limited electricity free- the entire county and surrounding areas look forward to this event. Free admission - PTA sponsored with the proceeds going to the students clubs who work to promote the show- the more they work the more money they get.
The 22nd Annual Christmas in Lithia Arts and Crafts Show
Free Parking and admission-indoors- sponsored by the Lithia Springs High School PTA. 200 quality artists and craftsmen. The ROTC helps you get to your space. The biggest arts and crafts show event in Douglas County. Close to I-20 west of Atlanta.
Hand Crafted work only. No flea market or commercially made work. All exhibitors must submit two representative photos of work to be exhibited.
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their own display and collecting 7% sales tax.
NO tables are provided. Two chairs are provided for each 10’W x 8’L or 14’W x 6’L space.
No items should display abusive substances, sex, or obscenities.
Exhibitors may unload vehicles at designated locations and times. Please remove your vehicle from the entrance so other exhibitors can unload. Please park in designated parking areas. Vehicles may be unloaded Friday from 6-8 PM or Saturday from 7-9AM.
Exhibitors may not sell or assign their booth to another person.
Breakdown begins Sunday at 5:00pm. Do not bring vehicles to entrance until booth is completely broken down.
Exhibitors who leave early will not be invited back next year.
The Lithia Springs Campus is a NO Smoking facility. This includes all exterior areas.
The building will be locked and security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights.
Exhibitors who bring children MUST supervise them at all times.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
No smoking- no flea market or commercially produced work- exhibitors young children must stay in their space if present.
hand crafted work only.No smoking on campus. Unload at designated times and locations. Remove vehicle from entrance imnmediately after unloading. Exhibitors who leave early will not be invited back. Exhibitors who bring children MUST supervise them at all times.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Vendors can share a booth. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Permit Phone: no) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions Take I-20 west of Atlanta to exit 41 Lee Rd. Turn south at top of ramp . Go 1 mile and turn right at light onto E. County Line Rd. Shcool is on right.
