Description
The Boutique features over 90 talented artists and artisins from around Colorado. Eligibility will be based on quality, creativity and uniqueness of artwork. Preference is given to work reflecting the gretest degree of originality, creativity and craftmanship. All work exhibited must be consistent with images submitted to and accepted by the jury selection committee.
The Boutique has grown from a small craft show featuring members\' handicrafts to a juried arts and crafts event with 90+ vendors from around Colorado. This is a community fundraiser run entirely by volunteers. Net proceeds from the Boutique are donated to mountain schools, volunteer fire and rescue departments and other nonprofits agencies along the Hwy. 285 corridor.
Gourmet lunch available from Aspen Specialty Foods & Catering. Bake Sale. Silent Auction. Auction benefits Jeffco H.E.A.T. and Intermountain Humane Society (IMHS). |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Mandatory meeting Sat Nov 8 at 8:30 to discuss collection process. CN & N acts as cashier. A check to vendors for the amount of net sales will be mailed within five business days after the boutique.
Boutique committee members operate a central cashier station. We will provide receipt books for vendors. Checks for your net sales will be mailed no later than five business days after the Boutique.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Jury Fee must be sent with a Seperate check. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
