Description
The Fall Festival and craft show will be held outdoors at Bradford Heights Elementary School. In the event of inclement weather, vendors will be moved to the school gym. n/a Booths Need to be open by 10AM and stay until 3pm. Staff available 8-9:30am to assist with finding your space. Bring your own chairs.

Craft Vendor Information and Policies
1. Each vendor must submit a completed application with a cashier’s check, personal check, money order or cash. Please make checks payable to Bradford Heights Home and School Association (BHHS). A $50 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
2. Bradford Heights Home and School cannot guarantee the number of visitors to an event and accepts no responsibility for attendance levels.
3. A vendor acceptance packet, including confirmation letter, parking pass, event flyer and directions to park, will be mailed to accepted vendors prior to the event date.
4. Bradford Heights Home and School reserves the right to cancel/ postpone an event. For events with an established rain date, vendor shall be available on both dates. Vendor will forfeit his/ her fee if event is postponed to rain date and he/ she does not show.
5. Bradford Heights Home and School is responsible for making space assignments. Dissatisfaction with a space assignment is not grounds for a refund. If vendor and Bradford Heights Home and School agree that the space is not suitable for the vendor’s display, accommodations may be made.
6. Vendor MUST FURNISH his/her own display area. Set-up will take place during the hours indicated on the application form.
7. Vendor may bring one (1) vehicle to the vendor area for set-up. One (1) parking pass will be distributed to each Vendor. To enter the area, the pass shall be placed on dashboard and visible by event staff.
8. Vendor spaces are primarily on grass in an open field. Be prepared to anchor all tents properly. Vendor’s assigned space must not interfere with adjacent spaces in any way. Vendor must provide all equipment, furniture, overhead covering, adequate product quantity, etc. to insure a successful operation.
9. Booths must be open during the event hours and shall not be dismantled until the close of the event. Vendors shall remain with their assigned space and may not leave to solicit or distribute information in any other event areas. Bradford Heights Home and School reserves the right to ask those who have not received an assigned space, and who are collecting funds or selling items, to leave the premise.
10. Bradford Heights Home and School shall not be responsible for protection, damage and/or theft of vendor’s equipment, supplies and receipts. Each vendor shall take all reasonable and necessary precautions to secure his/ her goods and property. In no event shall Bradford Heights Home and School accept responsibility in connection with any such loss, theft and/ or damage. Vendor is responsible for the security of all equipment, product and personal items during the event.
11. Vendor is responsible for his/her own trash removal. Please leave the area as clean as you found it.
Common Rules Selected: Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
