due to: date/location conflict
A one day event geared toward holiday theme. Local crafters featuring their handmade arts & crafts, food vendors, local businesses, and direct sales companies are welcome. Last year was our first year and it was quite a success. There were 42 vendors total, we had over 500 people come through the door, and we were able to raise over $1000 for the Alzheimer's Association & Devereux Pocono Center in Newfoundland, PA. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| 50 yard signs around Wayne County & surrounding areas, ads in Waye County papers, ads on DNH radio station, fliers hung in businesses, fliers sent home with students in Wayne Highlands School District & hung in schools, event listed on various PSA online boards |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
