Great holiday shopping event includes reasonably priced to high end gifts. Lightly juried event to prevent repeats of crafts.
Easy access and layout to avoid crowding. Fundraising event to assist local charities.

| email & web promotion, mailing, local & cable TV, flyers & mailing list, event listings in all local papers and free publications. Banner displayed at location 1 week prior to event. Yard signs. Posters in local businesses. Yahoo, google, and local TV news event listings. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Must bring items described. See application for all rules. Snack foods will also be available and all proceeds benefit The Wellness Community
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
Retail Items Allowed.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions Lansdale exit off PA Turnpike (Northeast Extension). Follow signs to Route 63 (Main Street, Lansdale). Light at Orvilla Road (Exxon Station), turn left. First left at Plains Church.
From Route 309 to Broad Street, Lansdale (at Yum Yum Doughnuts). Right at light on Route 463, Cowpath Road (at Luke Oil Station). Turn left at double traffic light on Orvilla Road (Commerce Bank). Plains Church on right before traffic signal.
