STA Moms Group 4th Annual Christmas Bazaar
Saturday, November 15, 2008 from 10-6 Free admission
Location: St. Thomas Aquinas Church 13720 W. Thomas Rd. Avondale, AZ 85392 (St. Clare Hall - Indoor & outdoor)
Vendors to shop, food and drinks, crafts, raffles, door prizes, silent auction & Chinese auction, DJ playing holiday music and making announcements, trivia, Santa Land, Children's dance performances, Lots of fun activities for children! |

| many websites, several local newspapers, newsletters to local parent/mom groups, flyers around town, church bulletins, several local magazine event calendars; our advertising budget is $800, plus we exchange sponsorship and table space for advertising as well. |

St. Thomas Aquinas Moms Group 4th Annual Christmas Bazaar
General Conditions & Vendor Policies:
1. Vendors may arrive to set up no earlier than 7:00am and their space must be completely set up by 9am.
2. The STA MOMS Group strives to provide a festive and profitable event, however we cannot guarantee the amount of traffic or sales for the day. Please come ready to sell with an upbeat mood & a smile to greet customers. Though not required, festive, attractive displays will help drive people to your table.
3. UNLOADING: Vendors absolutely may not drive on any grassy areas or sidewalks to set up. We have several unloading areas for you to choose from this year:
· You may enter the gated path between the church building and the east side of St. Clare Hall, unload/load and promptly park.
· Drive up onto the dirt field on the far west side of St. Clare Hall.
· Or park curbside.
Please be courteous to fellow vendors…it’s important that we keep the unloading line moving so everyone has enough time to set up their space before the bazaar opens. Please choose a drop off location, unload your gear into your space as quickly as possible, then re-park your vehicle in the main church parking lot (that is located along 135th Ave) before setting up your space.
4. The Bazaar will be held rain or shine, and no refunds will be granted due to inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather, vendors must remain with and in their spaces until notified by STA MOMS Group Christmas Bazaar Organizers that the event has been declared closed.
5. Activities are subject to change without notice and at the STA MOMS Group’s discretion.
6. Vendor assumes all liability and responsibility for any products or personal items brought to the event and all sales.
7. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their areas and disposing of garbage in the appropriate bins at the end of the event. City garbage bins are located on the north side of St. Clare Hall and will be opened once the bazaar has been closed to the public and vendor tear down begins.
8. Vendors may start tearing down their spaces no earlier than the specified ending time of the event. Vendor agrees not to take down space, and/or drive vehicle into Bazaar area, which includes all entrance area curbsides, and driveway, before the end of the Bazaar.
9. Cancellations: Once your Agreement & entry fee is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. If the vendor does not show up to the event without notice, they will not be allowed to participate in the future. If there is a need to cancel your event appearance, please call Robin Lopez, Vendor Coordinator at 623-853-5126.
Common Rules Selected: No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
