Description
This is a consignment type sale , fine arts and Christmas crafts, $10.00 entry fee, 20% commission charged on what we sell. We have a spaghetti dinner benefit for Hinckley Outreach food pantry on Nov.13---5-8:30 pm, 100% of the ticket sales of the dinner goes to the outreach. Nov. 15 -Gingerbreadhouse making for children, $2.00 with lunch. Nov. 14 free lunch for seniors.

Homemade Crafts-Holiday Gifts-Baked Goods-Handmade afgans,ti blankets, pillows; collectibles, gift items, holiday crafts;homemade candies; Avon; Celebrating Home; Pampered Chef; Mary Kay;uniques gifts; handmade jewelery; and much more! Admissions is FREE but please bring a non-perishable. Proceeds from the sale of food from the kitchen & donations at the door will be given to the Hinckley Food Pantry. Matching funds have been applied fro from Thrivent Financial. Handicap accessible. Carry-out meals available. RAFFLES! DOOR PRIZES! |

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. All paintings must hang. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
