Description
2009 will mark the 26th year for the Loveland High School Art & Craft Expo. Our show is a juried handcrafted art and craft show. Our event is held at the Loveland High School in Loveland, Ohio near Kings Island amusement park and about 20 miles north of Cincinnati. Last year we had over 200 exhibitors filling our 2 gymnasiums, cafeteria and main hallway.
The Loveland Athletic Boosters sponser the show. Proceeds go to help the athletic and academic team programs and scholarships. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| Listing with area craft shows in September issue of Cincinnati Enquirer. Ad running 2 weeks in Community Press/Loveland Herald, Street Banner, Yard signs, flyers at community craft stores, Posters in windows of Loveland Businesses, flyers on pizzas delivered from area pizza shops, large banners throughout community, signs at major events (athletic events at the school and at community events). |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
