Solon High School PTA Craft Fair
Saturday, November 10, 2007 from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Admission is $2.00.
Solon High School 33600 Inwood Road, Solon
This fair is for handmade items only.
We will not accept commercial or re-sale merchandise or fundraisers of any kind.
Food craft items will be allowed on an exception basis only and must be cleared through the Chairperson.
Limited electrical hook-ups are available.
There is also limited wall space. Both are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A booth is defined as a 12’ X 8’ floor space with two chairs.
You may request one additional chair per booth.
Within each booth, we can provide a single table (2.5’ X 6’)
or a double table (2.5’ X 12’).
Booth Space Only - $30
Booth with Single Table - $40
Booth with Double Table -$45
Booths must be manned by qualified personnel at all times.
Solon High School is a non-smoking campus.
The exhibitor shall assume all risk and expense with respect to exhibitor’s merchandise, including but not limited to: transportation, packing, insurance, display and sale.
The exhibitor completely absolves Solon High School PTA, Solon High School and the Solon Board of Education including their agents and employees of any loss, damage, theft, death or liability arising from the fair.
The exhibitor shall be responsible for any and all damages caused to Solon High School grounds, buildings and furniture if caused by the exhibitor or its employees.
