Description
1-day craft fair featuring all types of homemade crafts. Also includes kids' activities, classic car show, antique fair, produce, and plants. Food is by local groups and downtown restaurants. Location is along our newly redesigned Main Street.

Advertising Done for This Event
| Our advertising budget is $2,500, spent mainly in newspapers and radio stations in Polk County and the Tampa area. The event will also be featured in ads through the Bartow Marketing Partnership, as well as press releases, flyers, and posters. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Crafts must be handmade, not purchased. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the craftsperson.
Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions From north - Straight on US 98 which becomes Broadway & will intersect with Main & show area
From north - US 17. Turn right on Main (L J's Restaurant), which goes downtown to show area.
From east - SR 60. Veer left on to Flamingo, which will become Main & go straight to downtown & show area.
From south - US 17. Turn left on Main (L J's Restaurant), which goes downtown to show area.
From west - SR 60. Turn right on Main, which goes downtown to show area.
