Description
Whitewright is a small town and is supported by its local community.
Family Fun Run, Free dance lessons, Art/Craft booths, Art show, Food Vendors, Recipe Contest, Car Show, Live entertainment.
FOOD VENDORS::: May choose to stay late and sell food during the evening street dance.
Kids' Activities - petting zoo, pony rides, obstacle course, giant slide,free fire truck rides and more!!

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Enclosed tents or canopies with banners hung across the back will not be placed in front of the downtown businessess thatn will be open on the day of the festival. Chamber of Commerce will be selling drinks, no other vendor is allowed to sell drinks.
Common Rules Selected: Spots are selected by vendors day of show - first come, first pick. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
