Event is held in a quaint shopping center in the 4 corners area of central Florida on US hwy 27 south of Clermont about a 1/2 mile north of hwy 192. This area has a large number of new housing developments built and being built.
Event:
    January 30 -31     CAGAN CROSSINGS TOWN CENTER.   A all new area of growth, with exciting new
                                             shops and Resteraunts wants to make another yearly event to bring people together and there is
                                             a need for Artist for decorating. Being supported by the Community, highly advertising and convently
                                             located between Clermont and Kissimmee, a event you should not miss.

Associations and /or Co-Sponsers from any actions, lawsuits, damages, or claims arising from any loos or damage to the person or property of the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the event. There is NO rain out dates

Management reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.

        ALL SHOW FEES ARE DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE EVENT. NO PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED AT SHOW SITE. A $25.00 DEPOSIT WILL HOLD SPACE UNTIL 30 DAYS BEFORE EVENT.ANY LATE PAYMENT OR SIGN UP WILL BE AN ADDITONAL $50.00 CHARGE.THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION 30 DAYS PRIOR TO SHOW DATE.  VENDOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF SHOW.  NO REFUNDS FOR RAIN DATES.  EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HANDLED APPROPRIATELY.

        EVERYONE IS RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN UP HIS OR HER OWN SPACE.  ANYONE USING ZIP TIES PLEASE PICK UP AND DISGUARD PROPERTY.  ANYONE BRINGING MERCHANISE IN CARDBOARD BOXES PLEASE TAKE THEM HOME WITH YOU. ANY TRASH LEFT IN SPACE OR BOXES LEFT, EXHIBITOR WILL BE BILLED AN ADDITONAL $25.00 FOR CLEANUP.

        ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES  DURING  SHOW HOURS.

        T-N-T HAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL.

        IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MEDIUM, PICTURES MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED.

        WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED TO SET UP.  BOOTH MUST BE ABLE TO WITHSTAND ALL TYPES OF WEATHER.  THIS IS FLORIDA WEATHER AND ITCHANGES QUICKLY.  MUST BRING A DOLLY, ALL SHOWS ARE NOT EASY SET-UP.

        CATEGORIES AND SPACE WILL BE LIMITED.

        EACH EXHIBITOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SALES TAX.

        NO SALE, HAND WRITTEN, OR SHOW SPECIAL SIGNS ARE PERMITTED.

        BOOTH MUST BE PROFESSIONAL DISPLAY. ALL CANOPIES MUST BE WHITE.

        PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.  CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER SUPERVISION.

        ALL WORK, DISPLAY AND STORAGE WILL NOT GO BEYOND YOUR ASSIGNED SPACE.

        NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON SHOW SITE UNTIL SHOW COORDINATOR GIVES O.K.

        ALTHOUGH SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED, WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO TAKE YOUR MERCHANDISE   OUT OF YOUR BOOTH AT NIGHT. THEFT HAPPENS AND TNT EVENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR STOLEN ITEMS.

        DRESS FOR SUCCESS.  PROPER ATTIRE MUST BE WORN.

        ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM SHOW SITE BY 8:30AM.

        SPACE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE HELD TILL 8:00 AM.  PLEASE CALL OUR EMERGENCY PHONE IF THERE  IS A PROBLEM.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. White Canopies Only. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. All paintings must hang. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Photos of workshop, supplies, or works in progress required.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions
Going west on I-4 head north on US-27 about 1/2 mile north of hwy 192 event is on the west side of the road. Going east on I-4 head west on hwy 192 until US-27 and go north on 27 1/2 mile and event is on the west side. From the north take US-27south from Clermont  about 10-12mi.the event is on the west side at the trafic light for Cagan's Crossing Shopping Ctr. and Wal-Mart.
