Description
Skyline High School Annual Holiday Bazaar featuring local artists. Sponsored by the booster club! We had 90 Vendors last year and a day filled with performances from local childrens choirs. It's a very festive event
This is the 6th annual holiday bazaar with great handcrafted artists from all over the pacific northwest. We also have live entertainment and food from Gourmet expresso catering an Big House BBQ. With all the wonderful items for sale we are sure you will find something wonderful to give this holiday season. |
Advertising Done for This Event
NW Afternoons PSA, Seattle TImes, Issaquah Press, Sammamish Review, Craigs List, High School Reader Board, Local radio Stations Signs and Flyers. Approxiamtely $1,000 ad budget, some advertising was donated.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Table cloths required.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
