Maybe the highet fair in Maine - right in the beginning of ski season
same venue have waiting lists to get into it, so here is another option.top quality vendors with top quality products.
This fair has previously been organised by the Sugar Loaf ski field as part of their opening weekend celebrations - we have taken this portion over to give them more time to concentrate on other events at the mountain. We have a list of exisitng vendors and a wating list for the show - which we will contact. It is a very popular event and all vendors have been offered discounted accomodaton of $89 per night - please advise your a vendor when you book.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
I understand that I am responsible for any and all property brought in to the fair and I will hold harmless MJ Events, Michelle Wiswell, and Julie Goldsmith for any loss or damage, personal injury or theft that may result from my attendance at the fair. I further understand that attendance by patrons to the fairs is not guaranteed and no refunds will be made for low turnout. I agree to remain set up until the set closing time of the fair. I agree to all rules and regulations and acknowledge so by signing below. I understand that once I am approved there will be no refunds.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Cost: Skowhegan Permit Phone: 2074740888) Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
Retail Items Allowed.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Floor length table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
