Description
We cordially invite you to a special “Americana Music Festival” on July 4th, in Hudson, FL. This is a fund raiser for the Angelus. The fireworks, organizers and musicians have donated their time, money and talents. Last year, the fireworks alone brought in over a thousand people. We expect to double that for 2009 due to more extensive advertising. Charlie Daniels performs a December concert each year, in Tampa, which is a fund raiser for this facility. Once you have sent in your application, you will automatically be registered to be in the drawing to win 2 tickets to the PRIVATE, Charlie Daniels banquet.
You will NOT be located in the hot sun ! But under old oak trees.

The Angelus is a "place to live, to love, to learn". It is home for severely handicapped persons who are not able to care for themselves. All of the residents and students have cerebral palsy and all use wheelchairs. Some are non-verbal, some are blind, some are deaf, some are mentally retarded, some have normal intelligence, but all understand kindness and love.
We are specifically looking for Fine Arts & Fine Crafts for our Art Walk. General, handmade only, Arts & Crafts will be located in another area. Remember, this is a fund raiser and we would appreciate your support in attending this event. It is economically priced for you, during this horrid economy.

| Musical entertainment will be provided by Donny Simonds Band, Tom Scuderio, Cold Harbor Band, Frank Hurlburt Band, Local Yocals, E.T. Morris, Jayne Kelli and more to be announced. A full day of music, bring your chairs and enjoy yourself. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
on our web site Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos. All items must be hand made or embelished. Limited number of Artists per category. Floor length table cloths required. Booth Business Sign Required. No inventory boxes in view. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Determined Quality Level: 5

Driving Directions State Rd. 52, Hudson to Hicks Road, Turn right at the Circle K (east) and approximately 3 miles, turn left at the sign that states The Angelus, there will also be road banners.
