| 27th Annual Fall Arts Festival, juried arts and crafts show, great reputation, popular pre-holiday gift buying event. Featuring 75-100 artists. Admission $4, under 12 free. Attendence about 3000. Free Parking. |

| $2500 - newspaper advertisements and press releases; radio advertising and public service announcements; live interviews for radio and television; full page program guide and show layout in weekly newspaper with 25,000 circulation, also handed out free at festival. |

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions Online:
Exit 18 off I-87 Adirondack Northway. From South, make a right off ramp. From North, make a left off ramp. Approx. 3/4 mile make a left at the light, onto Richardson street. Cross over Luzerne Road onto Veterans Road. At the end of the road, make a left onto Sherman Avenue. You will be heading West, cross over the Northway, first left is the Adirondack Sports Complex.
