Description
| 4 day music festival in it's 15th year! Crowd of around 3500 camp for the weekend with day trippers coming in as well. Music is Roots Rock, Rockabilly, Celtic, Bluegrass, Newgrass and more. 25 bands perform on 3 stages. This is a very family friendly show! |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No Gas Generators. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
Limited number of Artists per category.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
