Description
At The Whole Bead Show, Inc.® you will find beads of precious and semi-precious gems, silver and gold, vintage and contemporary glass and crystal, handmade and hand blown, natural and plastic; buttons; findings; charms; pendants; and some pre-made jewelry. The Whole Bead Show, Inc.® is open to the public as well as to the trade.
We has hosted bead shows across the US since 1994, becoming an international cash and carry trade show in 2006 by adding a show in Canada. Our vendors offer exquisite beads and findings, old and new, from all over the world.We are currently reserving booths. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| We advertise nationally in Bead and Button, along with BeadStyle, Beadworks, Ornament Magazine, and The Ruby. At each show, we mail postcards to those in the area and advertise in the local papers to reach customers who are interested in the products our merchants carry. |

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
