Description
BMM’s Vendor and Craft Night
Friday, November 6th from 7-10PM (6pm arrival time for vendors)
Ukrainian American Sport Center
Lower State and County Line Road, Horsham PA
Terms of Agreement for Sale
• Cost of each table is $15, non-refundable
• Your space will accommodate a typical 8’ X 2.5’ folding table
• Multiple spaces are available
• If you require a table, the registration fee is $20
• All vendors/crafters must donate an item to be raffled off (proceeds support BMM)
All items must be of a quality nature.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own petty cash and may at their own risk, accept credit cards and checks. Exhibitors are also responsible for any extension cords, etc.
Publicity for the night will be provided for by BMM.
BMM reserves the right to reject reservations which, in their sole discretion, are deemed inappropriate for the vendor and craft night. Please contact us if you are uncertain about your craft qualifications.
Space at the vendor night will be assigned in the order checks are received. We will try to accommodate special requests, but they cannot be guaranteed!
Your cancelled check will be your confirmation. Email confirmation will be sent if you provided your email address on the registration form.
Doors open at 6pm for setup. You MUST check in with coordinators upon arrival. NO ONE may break down before 9:30pm.
