Description
| Arts and Craft fair and Auto Show to benefit Southern Lehigh Middle School Student Council. Auto Show participants will be awards certificates and there will be trophies for Best of Show and Spectators Choice. In addition, plaques will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place auto show participants for Streetrods, Classic, Trucks, & Motorcycles. There will also be food available for purchase. This is our second craft fair and auto show. There will be approximately 45 craft/vendors, so space is limited. We can accomaodate up to 200 autos and motorcycles. Food will be available for purchase. This event is already being advertised in district communications and local businesses. |

VENDOR FEE (Craft Show) $30.00
1. Please print all information. Mail this form with your check or (money order) payable to “Southern Lehigh Middle School”. All spaces must be prepaid. Letters with maps, directions and instructions are mailed 7-10 days prior to the event. Payment is due NO LATER THAN October 16
2. Your space must be entirely cleaned and empty by 5:00 PM
3. Vendor space is 10’ x 10’. The fee is for space rental only.
a. Vendors must provide their own tables and all tables must be covered.
b. Vendors must supply their own chairs, display materials, etc. Water is available on the premises, but not at a specific space.
4. Set up begins at 7:00 AM on Saturday, November 7.
5. No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 23.
6. Park your vehicle in the front parking lot to unload, then move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking in the rear of the school.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
By signing the Vendor Application, the undersigned agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injuries and/or property damage which the undersigned may have against the Southern Lehigh School District, its Directors, Administrators, employees, or agents (collectively the “School District”), resulting from participation in the Southern Lehigh Middle School Craft Fair & Auto Show sponsored by the Middle School Student Council. Further, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the School District with respect to any claims made by any other persons against the School District resulting from the undersigned’s participation in the Craft Fair & Auto Show event.

Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions FROM ALLENTOWN AND NORTH:
Take Rt 309 South to Rt 378. Turn left onto Rt 378 (toward Bethlehem). At first traffic light (Preston Lane), make a left, the school is on the right.
FROM QUAKERTOWN AND SOUTH:
Take Rt 309 North to Rt 378. Turn right onto Rt 378 (toward Bethlehem). At first traffic light (Preston Lane), make a left, the school is on the right.
FROM BETHLEHEM AND EAST
Take Rt 378 toward Quakertown. Turn right at Preston Lane, (The Copperhead Grille is on the left), the school is on the right.
