Event/Application Rules & Regulations
CONTRACT: (1) This signed application constitutes a contract between Simply Specialty, Inc. and Vendor. Vendor will provide the services and/or products described above. Vendor fees are non-refundable. (2) Upon confirmation, email logo to sales@simplyspecialty.com by October 1 to be included in printed marketing materials. (3) Simply Specialty, Inc. will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the vendor, the vendor’s employees or property or to any other person prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this contract. (4) Vendor agrees to hold harmless Simply Specialty, Inc. its staff, interns, volunteers and sponsors, from and against any or all loss claims including accidents, damage, injury or death regardless of action in relation to the activities arising from the production and promotion of Fashion Show and Shopping Extravaganza. (5) Vendor agrees to allow name and products and/or images to be used in promotion relating to Fashion Show and Shopping Extravaganza without any compensation. (6) By the signature below, the individual signing this document represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the Vendor.
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed.
Limited number of Artists per category.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
