Event/Application Rules & Regulations
We will provide you with one (1) table/space that measures 3 feet by 6 feet. Each additional table/space is $15.00.
You may pay your vendor fee the day of the event before setting up with cash, check or money order payable to "FICRA".
Spaces are first-come, first served and cannot be reserved in advance.
Chairs are available at no extra charge.
Electricity is available (bring your own extension cord).
Vendors can share a table.
Vendor setup time is 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on the day of the event.
Vendors must not block the aisles and/or exits.
After unloading your vehicle, vendors are to park across the street from the Community Center . Please save the front row spaces for customers.
Vendors must stay until 4:00 p.m. No early departures are allowed.
Vendors must clean their area at the end of the show and haul away any trash they have generated. There is NO trash pickup at the Nichols Community Center.
Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are selected by vendors day of show - first come, first pick. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions From the Tacoma Narrows Bridge the total distance is 14.0 miles.
The estimated total driving time from the bridge is 33 minutes.
From Tacoma, cross the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.
Continue on State Route 16, going west.
Take the third exit off the right side of highway.
Turn left. Go over highway overpass.
Follow the road signs that direct you to Fox Island.
You will pass the Gig Harbor Grange on your right.
You will pass Artondale Elementary School on your right.
Turn left onto 70th Avenue NW.
Turn right onto 32nd Street NW.
Road name changes to Warren Drive NW.
Keep left and cross the Fox Island Bridge
Follow Island Boulevard to 9th Avenue.
Turn left onto 9th Avenue.
Go down a steep hill. You will come to a stop sign.
Nichols Community Center will be on the left. It is a large, one story gray building with white trim. You will see a playground in back of the building.
