2nd Annual Ladies Day Out. Fundraiser sponsered by MOMS Club Danbury West/New Fairfield. Vendor Event, Jewlery, Crafts, Home Decor, Gifts, Local Business Promotion, Avon, Pampered Chef...etc.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Setup can begin at 9:30 am on November 8, 2009. Vendor cleanup must be completed by 5:00 PM on November 8, 2009. There can be no use of alcoholic beverages, use of illegal drugs, gambling or the lighting of an open flame (e.g. lighted candles) or smoking inside the facility. Complimentary prize drawings are permitted.
The Vendor agrees to fulfill all local, state and federal requirements, if any, in connection with all sales made. All items must have individual prices or a price-list must be available. Upon signature of this contract, the Vendor will waive all claims against MOMS CLUB DANBURY WEST and all claims against MOMS CLUB volunteer workers and MOMS CLUB INTERNATIONAL® for any loss or damage to property, products and/or personal injury to Vendors or to Vendor Associates. MOMS CLUB reserves the right to remove any unsuitable merchandise and persons exhibiting objectionable behavior.
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Limited number of Artists per category.
Table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

I-84 Westbound: Take exit 6 toward Route 37/New Fairfield; at bottom of ramp, turn right onto North St./Route 37, at first light, turn right onto Hayestown Ave., go 2/10 mile, turn left onto Tamarack Ave. (Tamarack Ave. becomes E. Hayestown Rd.), go 8/10 mile to Danbury PAL on right located at 35 Hayestown Road.
I-84 Eastbound: Take exit 5 toward Route 37/Downtown Danbury/Bethel, at stop sign at end of ramp, go straight on Downs St. for 1/10 mile and straight through first light (crossing Main St.)(Downs St. then becomes North St./Route 37), go 6/10 mile, turn right onto Hayestown Ave., go 2/10 mile, turn left onto Tamarack Ave. (Tamarack Ave. becomes E. Hayestown Rd.), go 8/10 mile to Danbury PAL on right located at 35 Hayestown Road.
