Description
Monroe Dance Studio is hosting our Annual Holiday Bazaar, Bake Sale and Raffle. We will be feauring local Seattle area crafters, with a delicious bake sale, and raffle of fun gifts. We will also have a Free supervised Kid Corner with activities to keep the whole family entertained! Come get your Holiday shopping done (don't forget yourself), pick up plates of homemade goodies for your friends and save yourself time finding that perfect unique gift.

The Monroe Dance Studio will be having a Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, November 7, 2009. Come support MDS while you get your Holiday shopping done!
Fee for a 6\' x 8\' space is $25. If you\'re interested in being a vendor, please contact me below.
Vendor space fees:
• $25 per 6\'x8\' space; some 1/2 spaces are available at $12.50 for a 6\'x4\' space (card table size). There is space for more than 14 vendors.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Vendors must keep spots clean and leave their rented space clean when they leave.
Common Rules Selected: Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
Retail Items Allowed.
Table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions From the Evergreen Fairgrounds in Monroe:
Take Hwy 2 East toward downtown Monroe, take a Right on Lewis St. At the stoplight, take a left on Main St. Monroe Dance Studio will be on your left next to Jeno's Italian Restaurant.
