Crafters are located in our large, well-lit gymnasium and narthex. Retail is in the Educational wing of the church. We also have the Book Nook, Market Place, and Grandma's Attic located in the Educational wing. There is a raffle with winners announced at the end of the event. Crafters do not donate to the raffle; baskets and raffle items are provided by our church members. The King's Kitchen offers homemade omelets, soups, sandwiches and desserts. Crafters are permitted to purchase items from Grandma's Attic on Friday evening before we open to the public. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
We have our annual "Holiday Magic" craft show always on the first Saturday of November. Our "Spring Enchantment" craft show is always on the first Saturday of March.
Common Rules Selected: Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Floor length table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
